PRACTICE descriptions
Flow & RESTORE
60 minutes
Blends sthira and sukha (effort and ease) to form a lovely balanced vinyasa-based practice. Spend the first half moving breath and body, creating movement and heat. Then, enjoy the last half of your practice in restorative postures designed to allow ease and surrender.
π§ Unheated (thermostat set to 72 degrees)
All levels are welcome and celebrated.
Hot power vinyasa
60 minutes
Our signature practice. Connects breath and movement with heat and humidity to ignite the fire within. Creates length and strength with the combination of held postures and vinyasa flow. Sequences vary each class and by instructor, but most include a warm up series, sun salutations, a core segment, balancing and finally a grounding and stretching series.
The two-fold challenge for mind and body will enable both to feel fully cleansed, refreshed, and powerFULL.
π₯ Heated to 95+ (aka as hot as we can get it!)
All levels are welcome and celebrated.
SLow & Low hatha FLow
60 minutes
This sequence will combine gentle movements with well-supported and relaxing breath. Perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. More experienced students who crave a more restorative practice or need to deeply relax and de-stress will also enjoy this warmed slow and low gentle Hatha flow. Each posture will build gradually with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition, making the class simple and accessible for most everyone.
Suitable for those with injury or limited mobility.
